The VeeBoard is designed with grooves on the surface to help keep the straps in place so they can retain a secure grip on your load. In addition, the VeeBoard is able to absorb most of the straps’ tension and distributes that tension over the Corner Protector’s 11-inch length so that the straps aren’t resting directly on the cargo.
