The Cramaro 119540 Aluminum Crossbar (104-1/2″) is an OEM replacement part designed for Flip-N-Go™ and Flip-N-Go™ Econo tarp systems. It provides structural support across the tarp system, helping maintain proper tarp positioning during operation.

Constructed from lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum, this crossbar offers strength while reducing overall system weight. It is a direct replacement for worn or damaged components and helps restore smooth and reliable tarp movement.

Installation Notes

• Cut the cross tube to the desired length and remove any burrs or sharp edges
• Insert the cross tube through the tarp pocket
• Install Cramaro 114453 rubber tarp stops on each end to act as bumpers
• Insert upper arms and corner assemblies into the ends of the crossbar
• Secure using 5/16″ x 2″ bolts (drilling may be required)
• Center the tarp and fasten using self-tapping screws
