This BJ10 Internal Tensioner is designed specifically for Trison side roll tarp systems using the Trison 3″ roll pipe profile.

If your Trison side roll tarp system uses the Trison 3″ roll pipe, the BJ10 is the correct replacement internal tensioner.

This replacement internal tensioner comes fully assembled with the spring, tube, rope, hook, and molded end plug, ready for installation. All BJ-series internal tensioners use the same spring, tube, rope, and hook. The only difference is the molded end plug, which is designed to match a specific roll pipe profile. The BJ10 molded end plug is designed exclusively for the Trison 3″ roll pipe profile and is not compatible with any other roll pipe profile.

To reduce shipping costs, the tensioner ships in a compact, collapsible configuration. No assembly is required. Simply unfold the tube, snap the two sections together, and the tensioner is ready to install into your roll pipe.
