This BJ6 Internal Tensioner is designed specifically for Trison side roll tarp systems using galvanized roll pipe with a 2″ Outside Diameter (OD). It is also compatible with other common galvanized roll pipe profiles with a 2″ outside diameter (OD), including Shur-Co® roll pipe.

If your side roll tarp system uses galvanized roll pipe with a 2″ outside diameter (OD), the BJ6 is the correct replacement internal tensioner.

This replacement internal tensioner comes fully assembled with the spring, tube, rope, hook, and molded end plug, ready for installation. All BJ-series internal tensioners use the same spring, tube, rope, and hook. The only difference is the molded end plug, which is designed to match a specific roll pipe profile. The BJ6 molded end plug is designed for galvanized roll pipe with a 2″ outside diameter (OD) and is not compatible with any other roll pipe profile.

To reduce shipping costs, the tensioner ships in a compact, collapsible configuration. No assembly is required. Simply unfold the tube, snap the two sections together, and the tensioner is ready to install into your roll pipe.
